Our MSP offering includes 24/7 help desk support, onsite technicians, network and system engineering, project management, business systems analysts, and dedicated client service managers—all under a flat-rate model.

Yes. As a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), we offer HIPAA risk assessments, email security, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, managed monitoring, and end-user training.

Tech@Home is our resident technology support program. It includes move-in setup, device training, technology classes, one-on-one sessions, and drop-in help. The goal is to reduce staff burden and keep residents connected and confident.
