HOW WE HELP

We are a full-service IT and technology strategy company that works exclusively with senior living. We transform senior living communities’ technology by providing holistic, long term technology support and innovation planning.

Each new client kicks off with a Technology Assessment and Strategic Roadmap. This means we do a deep dive into your community’s IT environment, business systems, culture, and innovation readiness. We take that information and create a customized three-year strategic roadmap that helps you guide tech investments, upgrades, and priorities based on goals and budget.

After the tech assessment and roadmap completion, you have the option of our flat-fee, all-inclusive technology services, including 24/7 help desk, on-site support, network/systems engineering, business systems support, and more. Our cybersecurity solutions include HIPAA/PCI compliance, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, email security, and managed monitoring to protect communities from growing cyber threats. Additionally, we offer wireless network design, resident technology support, and consulting.

OUR STORY

The founding board of directors at Parasol Alliance is composed of not-for-profit senior living providers with more than 500 years of combined aging services leadership. Our founders saw a need for strategic technology guidance, exceptional IT operations, planning and project execution within their own senior living organizations and across the industry. This led to the creation of Parasol Alliance to deliver these services.

Internally, the Parasol Alliance team has a passion for serving older adults and many come from within the industry. Before joining us, many of our employees worked in senior living communities in various capacities, from operations and marketing to human resources and administration. In addition, our team includes highly skilled technical professionals, such as network engineers, systems administrators, and IT support specialists, who bring deep expertise in designing, managing, and securing technology infrastructure for senior living communities.

Since our founding in 2015, we have developed multi-state client partnerships entirely through word-of-mouth referrals and grown our workforce nationwide. Parasol Alliance is also a multi-year award recipient of The Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in Chicago, Milwaukee, and nationally.
