What services are included in Tech@Home?

  • Move-In Device Setup

    We assist new residents in senior living communities with setting up their tech.

  • One-on-One Support

    Your residents can schedule time with our technicians to assist them with their tech issues.

  • Drop-In Hours

    Residents are welcome to drop by during specific office hours with their devices or to discover something new!

  • Technology Classes

    Class topics can be chosen by our technicians, your staff, or residents. We suggest offering them twice per month, but you can set a schedule that fits your community’s needs.

  • Resident Engagement App Training

    We help your residents get the most out of your engagement systems by teaching them to use it.

  • In-Room TV & Entertainment Support

    Residents can turn to our technicians first for their initial in-room TV troubleshooting, such as resets or signal issues.

  • Resident IT Committee Facilitation

    Our technicians can help work with your team to establish a resident-led technology committee that promotes awareness, encourages peer-to-peer support, and fosters a strong tech culture within the community.

  • Audio Visual (AV) Support

    Our technician will work with your staff and the AV vendor to learn the system and help with setup and ongoing support for both staff and residents.
