Will my computers be ready to use when they arrive?
We prepare devices as completely as possible before shipment. Some user sign-in, validation, or additional configuration may still need to be completed onsite.
Does Managed Imaging include software installation?
Yes. Installation of standard applications is included. Unsupported or non-standard applications are outside the standard service unless separately approved.
Can Parasol transfer files from an existing computer?
Complex or unusually large data migrations are not included in the standard Managed Imaging service. Additional work can be reviewed and approved separately.
Does Managed Imaging include onsite installation?
Onsite installation and end-user support are not included in standard Managed Imaging. These needs can be discussed separately.
